The pulley pipe is made of Q235B carbon steel, with high roundness and straightness ensuring rotation balance. The shaft is made of 45 # round steel or according to your requirements. We use ultrasonic inspection, quenching and tempering treatment to strictly control the key fit size tolerances, greatly extending the service life. Our bearing brands include Havalo, SKF, FAG, SNK, or according to your requirements. We provide integral bearing seats and partial bearing seats and paint the pulleys bright red or according to your requirements.
