The ceramic coating aluminum pulley made of aluminum with enameled equipment is easy deformation and the sprayed ceramic coating is failure because of its thin edge and light weight while being sprayed with ceramic rod gun by plasma sprayed facility. Specialized for Enameling machine pulleys, the heating to the piece is less during the explosion process but can obtain better high density coating and stronger adhesion.
